The tour to Xochimilco included a trip through Mexico City and a stop to pay for the tickets, after we were picked up at the hotel. At the tour agency, the four young girls in the second picture stepped up to me and asked if they could ask me a few questions for their English class; which they recorded. After they were finished I asked if I could take a picture of them; they instantly positioned themselves; the one second on the left was the interviewer. From there we continued our trip through Mexico City and at one point stopped at the "round pyramid" - shown here with people in what looks like fields. The Aztec Floating Gardens is what is left of the ancient floating gardens which were originally quite extensive. |
